Paul E Divan III
President, Chief Architect

Paul Divan is the founder, President and Chief Architect for DSE-WebServices.
Paul has 33 years of experience in managing, architecting,
designing, and building software application systems that enhance
the business processes they are built upon.
Prior to focusing full time on building his company Paul served
as a Technology Architect at the Microsoft Technology Center in
Irvine, California. Prior to Microsoft Paul built the application
development team at New Century Mortgage and managed the Tools and
Technology teams at Epicor Software.
Douglass Pettitt
Solutions Director for SQL Server

Doug Pettitt has 20+ years of experience in providing high
quality software solutions for his customers.
Prior to joining DSE Doug was a team leader at New Century
mortgage where his teams focused on building and maintaining the
company's loan underwriting engine and business processes team. Doug
has made pushed the limits of the SQL Server database engine
and created BizTalk solutions that support the underwriting
processes as by providing services based solutions that allowed his
customers to make reliable calls to his systems while retaining the
system autonomy needed to provide continuous improvements and the
agility to meet constantly changing business requirements and
compliance rules.
Wajeeh Khan

Wajeeh Khan brings a long history of application
architecture an business process design to DSE.
Prior to joining DSE Wajeeh was a Principal Software Architect at
New Century Mortgage. Wajeeh created and maintained the application
framework that became the core data management layer for
applications created at New Century.
Ellen Obuhanych
Solutions Director for Application Development

Ellen Obuhanych has 25+ years of experience in creating software
applications in the financial services and ERP application spaces.
Prior to joining DSE Ellen was a team leader at New Century
mortgage where her teams focused on building and maintaining line of
business applications for managing loan inventory management and
foreclosure process management. These were web based application
that were built on a solid framework built on the Microsoft .Net
technology stack. As a member of the Epicor application development
team Ellen and her team provided solutions for building portal
environment to expose key business performance indicators in a
codeless development environment.
Absorn Siriwattanakul
Solutions Director for Web Services and BizTalk

Absorn Siriwattanakul has built a career in the financial
services industry. She comes to DSE with an extensive background in
gathering customer requirements and building systems that meet those
need.
Prior to joining DSE Absorn was a team leader at New Century
mortgage where her teams focused on managing the company's credit
report management system. This system was created using Microsoft
.Net 2.0 and grew to be a fully enabled services application making
prodigious use of BizTalk to create a highly extensible environment
for supporting over 100 independent credit vendors.
Yelena Matusevich
Solutions Director for SharePoint and MOSS 2007 Development

Yelena Matusevich brings a strong customer focus to DSE. Her
experience with gathering and understanding customer needs and
requirements allows her to provide solutions that our customers can
depend on to help them grow their business. Specializing in helping
our customers understand the capabilities in Microsoft's SharePoint
2007 technologies and how they can take advantage of this powerful
portal technology to expose their key business indicators in a
secure and accessible manner.
Prior to joining DSE Yelena was a team leader at New Century
mortgage where her teams focused on building and maintaining the
company's compliance and broker management systems.
